Jesus mentions something about this in Matthew 5:23-24:

Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift.

James 5:16 reminds us to confess our sins to eachother — it’s part of what makes us unique as Christ’s followers.  The world treats its own with little regard, but God expects us to right the wrongs that occur between His children when we can.

Now let me put in an important disclaimer:  There are times when confession to someone is impossible (maybe they’ve passed away or it would be physically dangerous for you to even visit them) or inappropriate.  If you’re unsure, schedule a visit with your pastor, a trusted and mature Christian friend or a biblically sound Christian counselor and seek their input.  But in most cases, most of our offenses against others can be confessed to them after we’ve confessed the sin to God.
