And in no other fruit will we find this to be more true than in this one dealing with self control.  As we learn to live in obedience with God while walking daily with Him, we will find the ability to win the battle over our urges and our impulses.  We will learn to live in self-control, so that our thoughts which lead to choices, will eventually become the choices God wants us to make, and not the ones our selfish urges press for.

Right now, take a few moments to pray for God to help you grow in self-control.  Tell Him clearly and plainly those areas of your life that control you and ask Him to help you find the victory that He wants you to have.  When you are done, memorize Galatians 5:24.
