The enemy hits hard, how will you respond? The Apostle Paul knew all about the enemy’s attacks when he wrote 2 Corinthians 11 and shared about all of his hardships. But at the end of the day he could say:
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me — 2 Corinthians 12:9
When the enemy attacked and Paul felt weak, it was then that he found God’s incredible strength to finish the task. The same strength Nehemiah found — at the end of 52 days he says, “this work had been done with the help of our God”. Nehemiah didn’t have the strength to endure the attacks. Paul didn’t have enough strength to withstand the constant body blows and jabs of the enemies. But God does. And He delights to give it to His wall builders who are ready for the attacks of the enemy.

Lord help me to be about Your business. Help me to build walls for Your Kingdom. Help me to break down enemy walls so that You can set more and more people free. Jesus show us Your way that is above our way. Teach us to follow You no matter how difficult, no matter the pain–our heart is to be like You. Heavenly Father, Daddy–reveal to us Your plan, Your dream–we want to join You in what You are doing on earth. You amaze me. I love You.

I do not want to be “doomed to live a life of the possible.”
Thank You, God of grace, that You have called me to Your eternal glory in Christ and will restore me and make me strong, firm, and steadfast. I do not deserve Your love, but I thank You from the bottom of my heart.
Please help me PREPARE for opposition and live in Your POWER.

this year I’ve been coming closer to God, and i love it! Things in life aren’t what I’d like them to be but I”ve been happier then ever since I’ve been coming closer to him. Lately it seems like something ALWAYS has to go wrong. The death of a close friend, problems at school, things at home etc. and i wonder why these things happen, but i know God is still in control. Now im 110% sure God has BIG plans for me. If weekly letdowns is what I’m going to have to deal with to Serve God, then bring it on.

Lord, help me to always remember to rely on you. I will work as I do as if it depended on me, but I truly turn all my life’s dreams over to you. Lord I commit myself to you! The impossible for me is NOTHING to You! I am Yours for whatever You desire. Please continue your hedge of protection around me and those that are fellow “wall builders” in the ministries I am involved in. Help us to be whoever Your will desires.
IN JESUS NAME! AMEN!
