Here are some of the verses from this week to reflect on. 1 Corinthians 10:31So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.Make an effort this weekend to progress in the faith. And be ready for an incredible week ahead as we look at the life of Joseph.

Lord I could hardly wait for the moment until we had OUR time together! So I didn’t wait! It’s 2:30 in the morning and I can hardly contain myself right now, I’m not sure if I want to cry or laugh or scream from the roof top because of just how faithful You are. Yesterday was the most AMAZING day I can remember in a long time. I committed my day to You and You were faithful in giving me my hearts desires. I look back at the list I wrote and I wanted to be closer to You and You freed my schedule so we could! I wanted to be closer to my husband and kids and You brought 5 significant opportunities to allow just that, not just 1 but 5! I wanted to grow our Life Hurts God Heals recovery group and help more kids and we had 2 more then usual and we chose a service project at Phoenix Children’s Hospital to reach and care for other kids. I prayed for wise council and You provided an opportunity that needed me to seek some, and I did without fear. I know Father I don’t deserve any of the blessings You have poured out and yet You still give so freely. I am so thankful You love me so deeply and so completely. I love You and I ask that You give me the strength to surrender my will and the desire to commit all my actions today to You!
Amen
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns. Philippians 1:6

Lord God, despite the fact that I missed this days devotional, you blessed me with news that is FAR beyond what I had ever envisioned, and nowhere near where I was planning. You have helped me to faithfully pray with my wife every night and to read my Bible everyday. You have also continued to bless me with inspiration and Your love. Please help me to keep my feet in the path You have planned for me. Help me to be a wise and loving father and husband, and help me to glorify You in my marriage and work.
Thank you Lord for everything You have done! I am excited to see what You plan next!
In Jesus name, AMEN!
