Today, focus on loving your “neighbor”. Do something intentionally that shows your heart and desire to obey God’s command in Luke 10:27. Here is a list of things to get your creative juices flowing:

* Stop and visit with a homeless person. Give them some food, or money and TALK with them.

* You know that neighbor who doesn’t take care of their lawn? Go mow it for them today.

* Visit a retirement center today. Sign up to volunteer to just visit with the elderly.

* Put a case or two of bottled water in a cooler with lots of ice and drive around town. Offer water to people who are working outside in the sun.

* Take dinner over to your neighbor’s house.

* Write three letters to people who could use encouragement and send them in the mail.

* Pay for someone else’s groceries in line at the grocery store.

Find something to do today that will allow you to practice this command from Jesus to love your neighbor. Be intentional!
