Lord God, may Your word permeate all I am. Father, please fill every facet of my being with Your statutes. Bring me to a place where my reflection in the mirror shows Jesus. Lord help me to decrease that You may increase. Help me to cast out my sinful thoughts and be saturated with the Holy Spirit. Help me to zealously guard my heart from the influences of this world. Make me more like You. Help me to be convicted to devour Your word. Help me to feel as if I am starving if I have not turned to Your word DAILY!

Lord, i admit it. Sometimes i read the Bible just to read it. If i don’t understand a verse, i just skip it and move on instead of meditating on it. Help me truly absorb the knowledge and wisdom within the Bible.
