and will forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness: 

God’s forgiveness and cleansing is total.  He doesn’t forgive half way — He goes the distance.  All of our sin and all of our unrighteousness is removed from His presence and our relationship to Him is restored fully!  What a truly amazing God!
