Today’s task involves three components.  First, find some one to serve.  However, this can’t be your best friend, your favorite teacher or your locker mate.  Think outside the box and ask God to give you a name and an idea of some one He wants you to serve.  Second, serve them in a way most unexpected.  Bless them with an act of service that is outside the realm of “day-to-day”.  This doesn’t mean it has to be BIG or expensive, it just means it has to be thoughtful and according to your gifts.  Third, serve them anonymously. Do this act of ministry before God alone.  Watch and see what God does as you serve Him today.  May this become a daily habit of your life!

PRAYERS OR COMMENTS:

My problem is that all the people God has led me to serve are not Christians and I don’t feel adequately prepared to share the Gospel with them except through a giving and loving spirit. Sometimes I get to share bits and peices but at times it just doesn’t seem like enough. I try to keep reminding myself that God shows us his unfailing love and that we are to share that with others. I also am aware that I need to be surrounded by other Christians that can support me and stay in the Word seeking his councel constantly.
