The time we spend with God is crucial for the people we influence. It is only as we drench our lives in the Word of God, in prayer, in communion with Him and the Body of Christ that we will experience the power of the Holy Spirit transforming our lives and the lives of those around us. It is as we spend time with the Almighty that we will become the leaders that He desires us to be.

This world needs real leaders. We think of leaders as the boss, the pastor, and the president. But God is looking for leaders in every area of life. Leaders in the family–leaders on the front lines–leaders in the field–leaders in the pew–leaders at the desk–leaders that no one ever hears of because they have never sought out that role. Yet, everyone notices the presence of God in their lives. Leaders that are marked by integrity and passion. People long for leaders that spend time with God and not just do things for God.
