THANKFULNESS
It’s amazing how far the words “thank you” will get a person in life. In other TD’s we’ve talked about how those little words can totally change a person’s day and God expects His children to be thankful children. Who do you need to thank today? Maybe you should write the words, “Thank You” on the palms of your hand so that every time you open your hands to receive something you’ll remember to say, “Thank you” to some one. Joy is a choice in perspective, prayer a choice in action and thankfulness is a choice in attitude. Remember, it’s not just a good ideas, THIS IS GOD’S WILL FOR YOUR LIFE!
Take time today to get a right perspective (choose joy), with right actions (prayer) and right attitudes (thankfulness). This is, after all, God’s will for your life. |

Every time I hear that passage, I think of how far I am from choosing joy in all circumstances & from praying without ceasing. I often choose to be overwhelmed by my circumstances-but that only makes things worse. Today I am choosing joy as I give over my concerns about my health to God.
Thank you Jesus-for I know you have my health in your hands.

Joe- thank you for this simple reminder to choose joy, to talk to God and to be thankful. It's easy to complicate God's will. Thank you for reminding us to keep it simple. Where's the book?
